Both centers are staffed with professional and experienced multilingual network engineers. In order to guarantee round-the-clock support our CSC is equipped with redundant high-end network management and support systems.
In addition to the 24/7 support by our Customer Support Centers, Expereo offers its clients a variety of on-site support and hardware in more than 200 countries. We can provide customers with Cisco-standardized equipment such as routers and firewalls, including on-site installation, maintenance and repair. Without the delays caused by shipping and customs, our clients can significantly improve their service. Expereo also offers on-site support services by qualified technical personnel, who can arrive within a couple of hours to install customer owned equipment or perform troubleshooting work.
