Customer FAQs

1. What does "the next chapter for Expereo" mean?

The world your network supports has changed. AI, security and the scale of running a global network are all asking more of it. We’ve grown to meet that, and made Expereo simpler to work with along the way.

Our next chapter brings a refreshed brand that reflects who we are today: one partner who designs, deploys, manages and grows your global network, so it simply works wherever you operate. You get the same team and the same commitment, now told more clearly and with a fresh look.

2. What is changing, and when?

From 4 November 2026, you’ll see our new brand. That includes our logo, colours and visual identity, along with a refreshed look for expereoOne. Your services, your team and the way you work with us stay exactly the same.

3. Does anything change with my services, account team or the way we work together?

No. You keep the same services, the same account team and the same processes. You don’t need to change how you raise requests, contact support or work with us day to day.

4. Are my contract, pricing or SLAs changing?

No. Your contract, pricing and service levels are unaffected by the brand refresh. Everything you’ve agreed with us stays in place.

5. Are Expereo's legal entities, email addresses, domains or phone numbers changing?

No. Our legal entities, email addresses, web domains and phone numbers all stay the same. Messages from us will keep coming from the addresses you already know.

6. How do I recognise genuine messages from Expereo in the new brand?

From 4 November, our emails, documents and expereoOne will carry our new logo, the Expereo Nexus mark and use our new colours – signal green and navy blue, as seen on this web site.

The sender email domains won’t change, so if the look is new but the address is familiar, it’s us.

We will never ask you to change our bank details or invoice details by email or expereoOne. If you receive a request like this, please check it with your account manager before you act.

7. Will my invoices and documents look different?

Invoices, quotes and other documents will adopt the new brand design, however the content does not change for the services unless agreed in writing by both parties. Our company details, bank details and invoicing process stay the same, so there’s nothing to update in your supplier records.

8. Is anything changing in expereoOne, and do I need to take any action?

expereoOne is getting a fresh look to match our new brand. Your login, your data and the way you use it all stay the same, and you don’t need to do anything.

We’re also continuing to invest in expereoOne. This year we’ve already introduced new capabilities including Digital Case Management, Order Tracking and API v2.  There’s more to come as we focus on digital-first quoting, proactive delivery updates, proactive maintenance notifications and more. We’ll keep you posted as new capabilities arrive.

9. Will labels on equipment at our sites change?

No. Existing labels on equipment at your sites stay as they are, and you don’t need to replace or update anything.

10. Who can I talk to if I have a question?

Your account manager is always the best first call for general questions.   Support cases can be raised in expereoOne as usual.
